SHIPPING COSTS

For Domestic (United States)

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:

Handling time is (1-2) Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Transit time is (3-4) Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Order cut-off time will be 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time based on customer locations.

All destinations: 4-6 business days

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own state’s policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

TheOmniHome provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before your order has shipped, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
