Order Processing or Handling Time:

Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure your order is processed promptly and efficiently. Order processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Transit Time:

Transit Time is 2 to 3 Business days (Monday to Friday)

Products Total Delivery Time or Actual Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order is delivered on time, but in most cases, orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.

Delivery Terms:

We mainly use DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx,  to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider. You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours so you can follow the progress of your order.

If you are still waiting to receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please follow up with us at contact@theomnihome.com.

Order Tracking:

To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Tracking Order page and entering the tracking number or order number and email.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

We will start working immediately after your order. Unfortunately, We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at contact@theomnihome.com or call us at +1 415-849-0434.

Multiple Addresses:

For a single order, we don't provide shipping to multiple addresses. Please put separate orders for each address where you want the things delivered. Here is where to reach us if you need assistance with this: contact@theomnihome.com.

 Address Accuracy: 

You must provide accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

What if my item is lost in transit?

Whilst we hope this never occurs, if your item does not make it to you, please reach out to us at contact@theomnihome.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Out-of-Stock Items

While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.

Please Read Our Return & Refund Policy Carefully:

This return policy is valid for the countries: United States.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return. Customized items are not eligible for return as well. 

To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at contact@theomnihome.com stating your reason for return and attach images/video of the product, provide your order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To return a purchase, please follow the directions below:

Within 30 days after you receive the goods, if there is any manufacturer defect in the goods, please contact us immediately and take photos and videos for us to check. After verification, you may return a full refund of any related products, including the return freight you paid(the expedited freight will not be returned). NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.

If there is no manufacturer defect and you want to return it for other reasons, you can still return it. However, since there is no defect of the manufacturer, you are responsible for paying two-way freight (two-way freight: the return freight shall be borne by the customer, and the freight we deliver will also be deducted from the refund), and ensure that the product is sealed in the original packaging and the resale state. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in resalable condition, we will issue the refund minus the shipping cost for us.

NOTE: If the return is not due to a manufacturer defect, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own cost and our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well.

Important Note:

If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, traceable shipping method to return items.
Please note that if the returned products are not packed in the original packaging, or the installed products have broken, we will charge you a replenishment fee.

Note: Special order products or items that have been customized, converted or installed are not returnable.

Return Steps:

Please follow the steps below to return any part of your order following our return policy.

1. Process Your Return

Reply to your order confirmation email and specify which items you want to return. Also, please include reasons for the return and indicate whether you prefer a refund, a credit, or a replacement item.
Our customer service team will process your request and provide the right shipping address for you to ship to for the return.

2. Packaging

Ensure that all components of all items being returned are thoroughly sealed in their original packaging, including all original packaging material.

3. Shipping

Before shipping, please take pictures of the inside and outside of the packages as records to show that the products are indeed in their original condition. We strongly suggest having insurance just in case the package is damaged during the shipping process back to us.
For shipping, feel free to ship the product back to us with your choice of shipping carrier. (You do have to pay for the shipping first. If it is quality quality-related issue, we will refund you the shipping cost once we confirm the issue.)
After shipping it, please take a picture of the receipt along with the tracking number and send it to us at contact@theomnihome.com.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue the refund within 10 business days. We will send you an email confirmation as well once the return is completed.

Customized items

Customized lights can’t be canceled when we start fabrication. Please contact us at contact@theomnihome.com to confirm the order process before canceling. We don’t accept order canceling once it’s in the process of shipping.

Order Cancellations:

As long as the order has not been sent for picking and packing in our warehouse you can cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has left our warehouse please wait for the item to arrive before organizing a return. Do note that once the order has left our warehouse, postage back to us will not be covered. You'll have to pay return shipping and there is no restocking fee.

The following types of orders do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund:

Products and Invoices Labeled 'Customized Invoice', 'Made to Order', or 'Final Sale' Special purchases, such as Inventory Sale Items, Discontinued Items, and Custom Quotes.

Refund:

For returned items, after we receive them, it takes 10 business days for us to inspect for damage and restock. We will issue the refund accordingly after the inspection process. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to be finalized depending on the bank and credit card company that you use.

We must receive returned products before we can issue any refund. If we do not receive the products back for any given reason, like the customer refuses to send the product back or the customer refuses to accept the package resulting in the shipping agent destroying the package, we will not be able to issue any refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
